Our Mission & Method
Book Eco Hotels: Your independent bridge to sustainable travel. We are a curated discovery platform, not a traditional booking agency (OTA). We act as a bridge – connecting conscious travellers with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 eco-hotels worldwide. Whether we link you directly to a hotel’s site or through our vetted booking partners, our goal is to simplify your path to responsible tourism.
To keep our research independent and this platform free for you, we use affiliate links (#ad). If you book through these links, we may earn a small commission at absolutely no extra cost to you.
We believe that businesses doing more for nature and local communities help to reduce inequalities and improve global sustainability. Elevating these businesses is a crucial movement in tackling climate change and fostering ethical travel that preserves natural habitats and enhances the well-being of all. Mission Statement
Curated discovery platform bridging travellers to verified sustainable stays that uplift communities and celebrate local cultures.
Green Policy
Firstly, we pledge to support to Blue, by Oceanic Global, by donating 1% of our net profits to the organisation. Oceanic Global states ’70% of the planet is covered by the ocean- which regulates our climate, absorbs our carbon, and produces more than half of the oxygen we breathe. Blue helps to fight climate change by enabling businesses and industries to take meaningful action for our blue planet. Blue offers solutions & guidance for industries to eliminate single-use plastics, increase the sustainability of operations, and take actionable steps to protect and restore the blue.’ This aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 14 (SDG) ‘Life below water’.
Secondly, we pledge to offset 100kg CO2 per booking via Cloverly (short family flight equivalent). This aligns with SDG 15 ‘Life on land’.
