• Primary Evidence: Energy bills, water consumption logs, and waste management receipts.

• Geospatial Data: Location-based imagery and coordinates for environmental evaluation.

2. How We Use “Clinical Data”

We use your information to power our Data-Health Engine. We do not sell property-level primary evidence to third parties. It is used exclusively to validate your sustainability claims and generate your public-facing Impact Dossier.

3. Third-Party Data Synchronisation

For Tier 1 properties, we may periodically synchronise with global certification databases (e.g., GSTC, Green Key) to confirm your active status.

4. Data Security

We implement high-level encryption for all primary evidence submitted. Sensitive operational documents (like utility bills) are used for verification purposes only and are not made public.
