Why this exists
You’re doing real work. But “eco-friendly” means nothing to guests now — everyone says it, not everyone is doing it and so consumer trust is at an all time low. And traditional certification is often too costly, too complex, or just not built for an independent hotel.
So genuine effort goes unseen, sitting in the same bucket as the greenwashing.
We fix that by providing independent hotel sustainability verification of the specific claims you can actually prove — and making them public.
What verification means
We’re independent. We don’t sell sustainability services, we don’t consult, and we have nothing to gain from a hotel passing. Our only job is to check whether a claim is true.
For each claim, we trace your evidence to a primary source and confirm what the documents actually show. One claim at a time. Our role is to verify — not to pass or fail you.
If the evidence holds, the claim is verified. If it doesn’t, it isn’t.
What we need from you
Just your evidence. Whatever you already have — certificates, supplier records, utility data, impact reports, photos of infrastructure.
You don’t need to prepare anything new or pass a test. We work with what’s real and verify what it supports.

The founding pilot: free now, paid later
We’re running our founding pilot now, so verification is currently free for our first hotels.
This is early, and we’re honest about that: you’re working with us directly, at the stage where the framework is being proven on real properties. In return for that, founding hotels get verified at no cost while we build.
