Welcome to Book Eco Hotels (“BEH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, data-health engine, and related verification services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The BEH Verification Engine

Book Eco Hotels operates as an independent data verification platform. We provide a clinical validation layer for sustainable accommodation through our dual-tier system:

• Tier 1 (Certified): Synchronisation with third-party global auditing bodies.

• Tier 2 (Documented): Independent primary evidence attestation.

We are not auditors, travel agents, or tour operators. We do not own, manage, or control the accommodations listed. We provide data verification and referral links; any resulting booking is a contract solely between you and the third-party provider.

2. Independent Verifier Status (Non-Audit Disclosure)

BEH acts as an independent verifier of environmental data. Our Services do not constitute a formal financial or regulatory audit. Whilst we utilise “clinical” data-health protocols, our verification is based on the evidence provided at the time of review. We do not guarantee the real-time operational compliance of any property.

3. Independence & Funding Disclosure

To maintain the integrity of our verification engine, BEH does not participate in affiliate marketing or earn commissions from third-party service providers. Our research and verification processes are funded independently to ensure that our findings remain objective, impartial, and free from commercial bias. Clicking on external links within our platform will not result in financial gain for BEH, ensuring our evaluations are based solely on data accuracy.

4. Property Submissions & The “BEH Squad”

By submitting a property for Tier 2 verification, you agree to provide raw primary data, including but not limited to utility bills, waste logs, and geospatial documentation.

• You grant the BEH Verification Team the right to review and verify this data.

• We reserve the right to revoke “Verified” status if data-health standards are not maintained or if evidence is found to be fraudulent.

5. Intellectual Property & The “Impact Dossier”

The BEH Impact Dossier, logos, and all proprietary verification methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Book Eco Hotels.

Approved partners are granted a limited, revocable licence to reference their verification status and share their specific Impact Dossier on their own channels. Any such reference must:

• Be presented accurately and without modification.

• Include a direct link back to the partner’s official BEH verification page to ensure data transparency.

• Cease immediately upon the expiration or revocation of the verification period.
